Return Policy

At Custom Marijuana Boxes, every packaging product we create is made specifically for your brand fully customized, printed, and produced according to your approved design. Because each order is unique, we follow a strict policy to maintain fairness, quality, and transparency throughout the production process.

1. Return Eligibility

All our packaging products are custom-made based on your provided specifications, artwork, and design approvals.
For this reason, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once the production process has started or the order has been shipped.

We highly recommend that all clients carefully review their digital proofs, dielines, and order details before giving final approval. Once approved, production will proceed exactly as specified.

2. Reprint Policy

If you receive packaging that contains:

• Printing defects (color mismatch, blurred design, cutting errors)
• Incorrect material or finishing compared to approved proof
• Damage caused during production or shipping

you may qualify for a free reprint of the same order.

Reprint Conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order.
• You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect.
• At least 99% of the defective packaging must be returned in its original condition.
• Once verified, the reprint will be processed within 10–12 business days at no additional cost.

Reprints are our primary solution for any verified quality issue — not refunds.

3. Refunds

We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances, since all products are made-to-order.
In the rare case of rush orders that do not meet the promised delivery timeline, a 50% refund may be offered based on management review.

Please note:

• Shipping costs, rush order charges, and design service fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed only through the original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before entering production.
Once an order has been moved to production or printing, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact our support team immediately at support@custommarijuanaboxes.com with your order ID.
Cancellations made after production has begun are not eligible for refunds or credits.

5. Customer Responsibility

We believe in collaboration and transparency throughout every project.
Before final approval, customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Design proofs
• Artwork and color accuracy
• Content, spelling, and layout

Once a proof is approved, Custom Marijuana Boxes is not liable for:

• Spelling or typographical errors
• Incorrect color tones or image placement
• Content or logo placement issues overlooked by the customer

Please double-check all details carefully before confirming your order.

6. Shipping Damage

If your packaging order is damaged during transit, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
Provide photos of the packaging condition, product damage, and shipping label for verification.
After review, a free reprint or partial credit may be issued depending on the severity of the damage.

7. Quality Commitment

Our packaging is manufactured under strict quality standards using eco-friendly materials and precision printing.
We take pride in delivering defect-free, compliant, and visually stunning packaging for all cannabis, CBD, and hemp-based products.

Your satisfaction matters to us — and while refunds may not be possible, our team ensures every reprint or replacement meets your expectations.
